Precision Pressing
Prenco produces a large variety of precision pressed parts (stampings) on a range of 9 different presses ranging from 25 tonnes to 125 tonnes, with both single stroke and automatic pressing options.
We are equipped with automatic strip feeds and decoilers/straighteners and some of the presses include rotary tables for high volume production. We press, punch, perforate and fabricate in a range of steel types, including stainless, and aluminium.

Prenco produces on 2 production CNC lathes, a SPINNER PD lathe for fine precision work and suitable for hard turning and a Doosan Lynx 2100 LSYA lathe with sub-spindle and driven tools.We are equipped with bar feeding capability up to diameter 42mm, automatic bowl feeder system for feeding individual parts and parts catcher for finished parts. Tolerances lower than ± 10µm are achieved.
